Discover the No7 Wine Range at Palm Court Brasserie

We’re excited to introduce our new wine specials, the No7 range from La Croix Belle at Palm Court Brasserie. Crafted in the scenic Cévennes region of Languedoc, this collection blends seven grape varieties to create refined wines that our General Manager, Mauro, describes as both 'beautiful' and 'distinctive.'

No7 Rosé

A Delicate Classic Our featured rosé showcases the qualities of the Provençal style. With aromas of white fruit, grapefruit, and peach, it delivers a refreshing yet delicate experience on the palate. The rosé's bright character makes it an excellent aperitif. At Palm Court, we believe this rosé pairs well with just about anything on our menu; its versatility allows it to shine alongside both lighter and more robust dishes, making it a delightful option no matter what you choose to indulge in.

No7 White

Aromatic Elegance The No7 white is characterised by aromas of citrus, pineapple, and passion fruit blended with notes of honey and vanilla. On the palate, it finishes with a nutty complexity, making it both refreshing and deeply satisfying.

We've chosen to pair this aromatic white with Garlic Butter Escargot. The bright acidity of the wine cuts through the richness of the snails, while the honeyed undertones enhance the garlic and butter. It’s an exquisite combination that brings out the best in both the dish and the wine.

No7 Red

Bold and Spicy For those seeking something with more depth, the No7 red is a showstopper. Aged for one year in oak barrels, this blend is full-bodied with black fruit aromas like blackberry, prunes, and mulberry. Hints of black pepper and espresso create layers of flavour, with a smoky finish.

We've paired this bold red with our hearty Pied de Cochon, a rich and flavourful dish that perfectly complements the wine’s juicy, spicy notes. The smoky undertones of the red enhance the savoury flavours of the dish, making for a truly decadent dining experience.
