Our General Manager, Mauro. recently sat down to share his love for Capanna’s Brunello. He described it as “everything a Brunello should be”; rich, full-bodied, with a touch of vanilla that makes every sip feel like a work of art. The Rosso and Sangiobi are also fantastic, offering the perfect balance that guests have been enjoying.

Peter, a fine wine specialist from Friarwood, also highlighted how special Capanna is, being one of the original families behind Brunello. Their wines have stayed true to tradition while embracing a fresh, modern feel, and with their vineyard located in the best part of Brunello, every bottle is like drinking a piece of history.
